SPED Field Experiences Checklist
Field Experience Checklist (formally called clinical checklist) have been updated. The new checklist can be found here. Please consult your course instructor to insure you are utilizing the correct checklist for your course and semester.
These checklists are meant to supplement course assignments and requirements. At the end of each course, please upload the signed checklist and your signed attendance log into Taskstream.
We reserve the right to authenticate the attendance log signatures and completed activities on the field experiences checklist.
