The Office of School and Community Partnerships (OSCP) is pleased to assist with special events and event requests from UNC Charlotte constituents and the greater Charlotte-Mecklenburg community. Our level of support is dependent upon available resources at UNC Charlotte, date availability, and scope of work.
The scope of OSCP’s educational outreach services include:

- Contracts
- Marketing
- Parking
- Registration
- Room reservations
- Payment processing
- Signage
- Websites
OSCP does work in conjunction with the UNC Charlotte Conferences, Reservations and Event Services (CRES) department.
